The extensive garden is populated by a myriad of flowering bushes, bougainvillea, palms, banana plants and other vegetation, creating a very effective privacy buffer between rental units and providing cool shade for quiet moments on the patios and benches scattered throughout. A series of hand-tiled and pebbled walks, garden trellises, foot baths, artistic statuary and cooling fountains enhance the park-like grounds.

Our Infinity swimming pool, designed by the renowned architectural firm, Zozaya Arquitectos, S.A., was chosen as a photo shoot site for the 2000 Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. The pool, which overlooks the ocean, contains a bar, partial shade, and water cascading over large boulders. Adjoining the pool is a shaded, palapa entertainment area, complete with a grill.
