Our newest additions to the Casa Colorida property are the New Palapa Suites Marcos and Teresa. These two new Suites are located to the south of the Casa Palapa Home.

These Suites share the three acre Casa Colorida ocean front property, screened effectively from the front units by the lush flowering vegetation of the surrounding gardens. The Suites can be rented in conjunction with other homes on the property, rented together, or rented separately. The Suites have maid services and all of the amenities, including the waterfront infinity swimming pool, of the Casa Colorida property.

The Palapa Suites can be combined with the Casa Palapa Home, or remain separate as Suites. A two story black rock wall separates the Suites from the Casa Palapa Home.
