Casa Colorida is a private compound consisting of three homes and two Palapa Suites located on three acres of beach front. The Casa Colorida complex has the longest stretch of beach of any single property in the Troncones Beach community. The extensive grounds are enclosed with gated privacy walls on the beach front, south side, and rear entrances. Extensive tile surfaces are used on interior and exterior porches, walls, and sinks. Daily, except Sunday, a maid and gardener are provided.

Hand tiled side walks, garden trellises, foot baths, fountains, statuary, benches and planters enhance the lush garden area populated by palms, bananas, flowering plants and trees. Steps are covered with local black beach pebbles. These same gardens effectively create a sound and sight buffer zone between guests in any one housing unit and another.
